Brain Fog and Fatigue

Brain fog and fatigue are very common these days and related to many factors but especially lifestyle- diet and exercise.

Many foods that are consumed today are convenience foods that are filled with chemicals that can create inflammation and that lack the necessary nutrients to support the human body.

Figuring out what foods may create inflammation in your body can be determined by keeping a food journal, paying attention to your body and documenting how you feel after you eat.  Once you are aware of the highly suspiscious foods that may be casuign you to feel ill, an elimination diet can help you determine if those foods were the culprit.

Finding the right balance of nutrients and foods that are easy to prepare can be accomplished including easy to carry fruits and veggies and juices. There are specific foods that support the neurologic system: please see the "neurologic disorders" page for specific foods that support the immune system. Juicing really is a great way to get a quick power punch of energy from nutritious foods. Please see the juicing section for juicing ideas.

The GFCF (gluten free/casein free) diet has been reported to improve symptoms of brain fog and fatigue.  To find out more about the GFCF diet  please click on GFCF diet.
