Neurologic Disorders
"There are hundreds of recognized neurological disorders, which affect approximately one billion people across the world. A neurological disorder is considered to be any condition that affects the nervous system, which is made up of the brain, spinal cord and all the peripheral nerves that transmit impulses around the body. The symptoms will vary considerably depending on the regions of the nervous system that are affected."

This is one of the most informative videos that I have ever seen for the improvement of health through diet.
Some of the most common neurologic disorders are Alzheimer’s, Parkinson's, MS, ALS, autism, ADD and ADHD. Some of these disorders have been healed with diet and alternative therapies.
Dr. Terri Wahls from the Wahls foundation is a medical Dr. who was diagnosed with progressive MS and did research to determine what would repair her mitochondria and found that most of the answer was proper diet- specifically a primitive diet.
I believe that a primitive diet is an important component to the healing of a lot of diseases including neurologic disease. For more information on the Wahls Way please see the link to the right.Diets free of gluten (wheat) and dairy may help with neurologic disorders.
Gluten is in many foods from breads to sauces and it can take a while to remove such an ingredient from ones diet, but it is possible and we can help in this process.
